– 16 oz farmer cheese
1. In a large bowl, mix together cheese, egg, flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Mix well, make sure there are no lumps. If cheese is wet, add a little bit more flour.
3. With wet hands (it is important to wet your hands, otherwise, cheese mixture will stick to them) form thick pancakes and place them into a skillet one by one. If cheese starts to stick to your hands, wet them again.
5. Transfer to a plate; serve immediately with sour cream, jam, fresh fruits or berries.
