This adorable crochet Bee Gnome Garland combines together hearts, gnomes, and bees. Gnomes and bees are popular themes for home decoration and my Bee Gnome has both elements in one piece!
Bee-themed motifs, decorations, and embellishments have been on an upward trend for a long time. One of the reasons for this popularity is the focus on the declining bee population as a catastrophic effect of climate change.

This cute crochet Bee Gnome garland will make sweet decorations for birthday parties, baby showers, kids rooms, nurseries, or kitchen. It will look great on the wall, window, door, or mantel. It calls attention to our need to preserve and protect these essential insects.
This crochet Bee Gnome design is based on my original pattern for the Christmas gnome. The cap design is modified so that it is striped in yellow and brown colors to represent the bee theme.
You will be able to find the link to the pattern below in the Pattern I used section below.
The Bee Gnome design (as well as my previously designed gnomes) is consisting of heart elements – the gnome’s cap, beard, and body are made from heart shapes.

How to Make Bee Gnome Crochet Garland
Instructions:
1. Make Bee Gnomes, block all the pieces as necessary.
2. For my garland, I’ve made seven Gnomes. You can always make your garland shorter or longer and adjust the number of pieces as needed.
3. Making a garland.
Crochet a chain. The length of the chain depends on how long you want your garland to be. My chain is about 55” long.
Leave on each end about 5-7 inches for tying the garland, then arrange the pieces.
Using a sewing needle and matching thread, carefully sew each gnome to the string. Now your crochet Gnome garland is complete!
I hope you enjoyed my crochet Bee Gnome garland idea!
Happy Crocheting!
