How to Make a St. Patrick’s Day Garland
Directions:
1. Make all the pieces. Block them as necessary.
For my garland, I made one gnome with a white beard, two leprechauns with orange beards, two shamrocks, and two rainbows. You can always make your garland longer or shorter and adjust the number of pieces as needed.

2. Make garland.
You have a few options for making your garland. You can either crochet a chain and join each piece to the chain with a slip stitch as you go, or you can crochet the chain first and then carefully sew each piece onto it.
Another option is to use small 1-inch craft clothespins to hang each piece, as I did.
My garland is approximately 55 inches long. The length of the chain depends on how long you want your garland to be. Be sure to leave about 5-7 inches on each end for tying the garland, and then arrange your pieces as desired.

I hope you enjoyed this crochet St. Patrick’s Day garland idea!
Happy Crocheting!
