This lovely crochet red Lace Floral Scarf is a beautiful spring-summer accessory, and it is perfect for those of you who love this powerful and passionate color!

This scarf is made using cross double crochet, treble crochet and single crochet stitches. The pattern is suitable for an intermediate level.
The scarf is embellished with simple crochet flower appliques, randomly sewed onto the lower part of the scarf ends.
This scarf can be easily adapted to make it shorter or longer. Also, you can use other colors combination if you like.

With red color, Ch 40;
Row 1. SC in 2nd Ch and in each next Ch. Total – 39 SC. Turn.
Row 2. Ch 4 (counts as TR), TR in next St, *Ch 2, skip 2 Sts, TR in next, repeat from * until 1 St remaining, TR in last St. Total – 15 TR. Turn.
Row 3. SC in first and in next St, *2 SC in Ch-2 space, SC in next St, repeat from * until 1 St remaining, SC in last St. Total – 39 SC. Turn.
Row 4. Ch 4 (counts as DC and Ch 1), *skip 2 Sts, DC in next St, tilt work toward you, DC in St before just made DC – cross St made, Ch 1, repeat from * until 2 Sts remaining, skip 1, DC in last St. Total – 12 cross DC, 1 DC in the beginning, 1 DC in the end. Turn.
Row 5. SC in first St, *SC in Ch-1 space, SC in each of next 2 Sts, repeat from * to Ch 4 in the beginning of previous Row, SC in Ch 4 space, SC in 3rd Ch of Ch 4. Total – 39 SC. Turn.

Flower Motifs
Make 24 flowers for embellishment (you can make more or fewer flowers if you wish) – 10 red flowers, 10 flowers with white center and red petals, 4 flowers with red center and white petals.
Red flower
With red, Ch 5, join with Sl St to form a ring.
Rnd 1. Ch 1, 12 SC in ring, Sl St to first SC. Total – 12 SC.
Rnd 2. *(Ch 3, 2 DC, Ch 3, Sl St) in same St, skip 1, Sl St in next; repeat from * around, last Sl St work in same St where you started Ch 3. Total – 6 petals.
Fasten off.
Red and White Flower
With first color, Ch 5, join with Sl St to form a ring.
Rnd 1. Ch 1, 12 SC in ring, Sl St to first SC. Total – 12 SC. Fasten off first color.
Rnd 2. Join second color to first St, *(Ch 3, 2 DC, Ch 3, Sl St) in same St, skip 1, Sl St in next; repeat from * around, last Sl St work in same St where you joined second color. Total – 6 petals.
Fasten off.
Finishing
Sew Flower motifs randomly on both sides onto the lower part of the scarf ends.
