continue up the back side: SC in each of next 13 Sts.
Do not cut off.

continue working across the second side: 2 SC in first St, work 9 SC across to last St, 2 SC in last stitch, Sl St to first SC to join. Total – 26 Sts.
Rounds 2 – 4. Ch 2, HDC in first St and in each St around, Sl St to first HDC to join. Total – 26 Sts. Fasten off.

Make hanging strap: Join Color B to the back of the leg and Ch 25, join with Sl St to the same place as you joined. Fasten off.
Using a hot glue gun, embellish the stocking with snowflake buttons. If you have buttons with shanks, remove the shanks first using a wire cutter.
