I designed this crochet Poppy flower pattern for the upcoming Memorial Day. As well as many other motifs I designed previously, this crochet poppy flower includes heart elements – four red hearts are used for the flower petals. Using this free crochet pattern, you can make a special heart poppy flower to honor those who lost their lives in battle.
