Center
Row 1. RS. With brown color, Ch 3 (count s as Ch 1 + first DC),
4 DC in 3rd chain from hook (insert hook under two loops, it will prevent chain from stretching too much). Total – 5 DC. Turn.
Row 2. WS. SC in each St across. Total – 5 SC. Fasten off. Turn.
Petals
With RS of the center part of the flower facing you, join yellow color to BL of last St of previous Row,
Petal 1: Ch 10, Sl St in 2nd Ch from hook, SC in next Ch, HDC in each of next 4 Chs, SC in each of next 2 Chs, Sl St in last Ch, Sl St in BL of next St of the center;
Petal 2: Ch 10, Sl St in 2nd Ch from hook, SC in next Ch, HDC in each of next 4 Chs, SC in each of next 2 Chs, Sl St in last Ch, Sl St in same St of the center;
Petals 3-6: repeat instructions for the petals 1-2 twice;
Petal 7: repeat instructions for the petal 1. Fasten off and weave in the ends.
Finishing
Block your flower as necessary.
