How to make surface Sl St:
With the right side facing you, insert hook in top of beige triangular and draw up a loop. You have loop on your hook on the right side and working yarn on the wrong side.
Work along the center of the triangular with 1 St for each row. Insert your hook from the right side to the wrong side one row down, yarn over on the wrong side. Draw the yarn through to the right side.
Pull the yarn over through the loop on your hook (surface slip stitch made). Keep repeating these steps to the base of triangular.
