- Flat-nose pliers
- Earring hook – 2
- Jump ring (4 mm) – 4

Ch 8;
Round 1. Working under two loop, SC in 2nd Ch from hook (mark this St with a stitch marker), SC in each of next 5 Chs, 4 SC in next (last) Ch;
working on opposite side of Ch (now you are working under one loop), SC in each of next 6 Sts. Total – 16 Sts. Do not turn. Continue working in rows.
Row 1. 3 SC in next marked St (you can remove stitch marker), SC in each of next 6 Sts. Total – 9 Sts. Ch 3, turn.
Row 2. SC in 3rd Ch from hook, SC in each of next 6 Sts, 2 SC in each of next 3 Sts, SC in each of next 6 Sts. Total – 19 Sts. Ch 3, turn.
Row 3. SC in 3rd Ch from hook, SC in next St, Sl St in each next 18 Sts to the end of row. Total – 20 Sts. Fasten off.
Finishing
Weave in all ends. Shape flower and stiffen it.
Assembling:
Use flat-nosed pliers to open and close jump rings. Open the first jump ring and slip it under two strands in the middle of the top of the flower. Close the jump ring.
Next, open the next jump ring and add it to the first one. While the jump ring is open, slip the earring hook onto it, and then close jump ring.
Your first earring is complete! Repeat all the steps for the second one.
