Today, I’m excited to share a crochet pattern for these lovely Bleeding Heart earrings! If you adore these unique, heart-shaped flowers as much as I do, they make the perfect romantic accessory for summer.
I adapted this design from my previously published Bleeding Heart appliqué, downsizing it to a smaller version using a small size crochet hook and thread.

Use flat-nosed pliers to open and close jump rings. With flower right side facing you, open the first jump ring and slip it under two strands in the middle of the top of the flower. Close the jump ring. Next, open the next jump ring and add it to the first one. While the jump ring is open, slip the earring hook onto it, ensuring it is facing the correct direction, and then close it.
Repeat all the steps above for the second earring.
