This garland combines together popular motifs – bees, ladybugs, and gnomes. The gnome design is based on heart elements – the gnome’s cap, beard, and body are made from heart shapes.
The Gnome designs are based on my original pattern for the Christmas gnome. You will be able to find the links to the patterns below in the Pattern I used section

How to Make Bee and Ladybug Gnome Garland
Instructions:
1. Make Bee and Ladybug gnomes, and block all the pieces as necessary.
For my garland, I’ve made six gnomes – 3 Bee gnomes and 3 Ladybug gnomes. You can always make your garland shorter or longer and adjust the number of pieces as needed.
2. Making a garland.
Crochet a chain. The length of the chain depends on how long you want your garland to be. My chain is about 64” long.
Leave on each end about 5-7 inches for tying the garland, then arrange the pieces.
Using a sewing needle and matching thread, carefully sew each gnome to the string. Your crochet gnome garland is complete!
I hope you enjoyed my crochet Bee and Ladybug Gnomes garland idea!
Happy Crocheting!
