Cut the thread leaving a 10-13” tail, pull it through the last stitch and thread it into a tapestry needle. Bring the thread to the center of the bow and wrap it around 8-10 times.
Secure and weave in the ends. If you have a small holes in the center of the hearts, close them while fastening off the ends.
You can make these bows in two colors.
Make the bow according to instructions with the first color, but do not make the center of the bow.
Secure and weave in the ends.
Thread a second color crochet thread into the needle, make a little knot on the end and bring the needle through the center from the back of the bow to the front. Wrap it around 8-10 times.
Weave in the end.
Here are three bows made with different yarns.
The large bow was made with medium weight worsted yarn, the medium bow made with sport weight yarn and the small bow made with crochet thread size 10.
