Tassel
Make the tassel in the same way as you would make fringe for a scarf. Do not make it bulky. Cut 2 pieces of yarn approximately 4” (10 cm) long. Insert crochet hook F-3.75 mm through the last chain. Grab the middle of the yarn strands with the hook and bring it through the chain, then grab the entire bunch of free ends (including the ending tail), draw them through the loop and tighten. Trim tassel ends evenly.

I hope you enjoyed this free crochet pattern for a Christmas tree bookmark!
Happy Crocheting!
