Happy Crocheting!
Like the bat, having a hard time with the wings but enjoy the pattern
Can you tell me where exactly you are having trouble?
The bat pattern is super cute! The only thing I wish is that there was stitch counts at the end of each round, i’m having a hard time with rows 3 and 4, and I have no idea where I went wrong.
I just added stitch counts for the Rows 1-3. Row 4 has many different Sts, so I haven’t add number of stitches as it will be very confusing. Hope this will help!
Love this bat. Having a hard time with the wings. Do you have a video tutorial? Im a visual learner and struggle understanding written patterns.
Thx!
I am sorry, I don’t have a video tutorial. Please send me an email at [email protected], I will try to help you.
I´m really looking forward to making your Halloween bat applique, but the online pattern has only one size: the one whose wings have a foundation chain of 26. Could you send me the other pattern size? Halloween is approaching fast.
To make bat applique in two sizes I used different yarn weights and hooks. The pattern is the same for both sizes. Please refer to the materials list to find which yarn and hooks I used.
This bat is sooo cute! A great tutorial, really easy to follow and it worked up so quickly. Thanks so much!
I am glad that you liked my bat! Thank you!
I love this pattern so much and was wondering if you’d ever be open to writing it bigger? I’d love to see a baby blanket size!
I am glad to hear that you like this pattern. I like to design appliques and occasionally amigurumi, so I don’t think that I will design a large-size bat.
