Heart Coaster
With crochet hook G-6/4 mm and medium weight #4 cotton yarn, make magic ring,
Round 1. Ch 3, make all of the next stitches into the ring – 3 DC, 3 HDC, Ch 1, DC (heart point), Ch 1, 3 HDC, 3 DC; Ch 3, Sl St in ring.
Round 2. Ch 2, (HDC, DC) in first St, 3 DC in next St, 2 DC in next St, HDC in each of next 3 Sts, HDC in Ch-1 space, (HDC, DC, HDC) in next St, HDC in Ch-1 space, HDC in each of next 3 Sts, 2 DC in next St, 3 DC in next St, (DC, HDC) in last St, Ch 2, Sl St in last Sl St of previous rnd.
Round 3. Ch 2, HDC in first St, 2 HDC in each of next 5 Sts, HDC in each of next 6 Sts, (HDC, DC, HDC) in next St, HDC in each of next 6 Sts, 2 HDC in each of next 5 Sts, HDC in last St, Ch 2, Sl St in last Sl St of previous rnd.
Round 4. Ch 1, SC in first St, HDC in each of next 3 Sts, 2 HDC in each of next 4 Sts, HDC in each of next 10 Sts, (HDC, DC, HDC) in next St, HDC in each of next 10 Sts, 2 HDC in each of next 4 Sts, HDC in each of next 3 Sts, SC in last St, Ch 1, Sl St in last Sl St of previous rnd.

Round 6. Decorative edge. Ch 1, Sl St in first St, Twisted SC in each St around to last SC, Sl St in last SC, Ch 1, Sl St in last Sl St of previous rnd. Fasten off and weave in the ends.
Flowers
Large Flower – make one
With crochet hook 8/1.5 mm and crochet cotton thread size #10, make magic ring,
Round 1. Ch 1, 10 SC into ring, join with Sl St into first SC.
Round 2. *Ch 4, 3 TR in same St, Ch 4, Sl St in same St, skip next St, Sl St in next St*, repeat from * to * 4 more times, last Sl St make in same St where first petal was made. Total – 5 petals. Fasten off and weave in the ends.
Small Flower – make 2
With crochet hook 8/1.5 mm and crochet cotton thread size #10, make magic ring,
Round 1. Ch 1, 10 SC into ring, join with Sl St into first SC.
Round 2. *Ch 2, 3 DC in same St, Ch 2, Sl St in same St, skip next St, Sl St in next St*, repeat from * to * 4 more times, last Sl St make in same St where first petal was made. Total – 5 petals. Fasten off and weave in the ends.
Decorate flowers with beads.
Finishing
Block and shape the coaster. Sew flowers and ladybug button onto the heart.
