Lavender – make 3
Use crochet thread size 10 and crochet hook 6/1.8 mm. The instructions and video tutorial have been published in this post: lavender applique crochet pattern.
Decorating
With a sewing needle and matching sewing thread, sew lavender and bee buttons onto the top part. If you want, you can also add bees around the side of the bottom part.
As an alternative to sewing, you can use a hot glue gun to attach lavender appliques and bee buttons. If the bee buttons have shanks, remove them with a craft cutter.
Assembling
1. Cut out of piece of the cardboard a circle slightly smaller than diameter of the bottom.
2. Put weighted material into a small ziploc bag.
3. Place a cardboard circle inside the pincushion, and then add weighted material. Add some poly-fil stuffing.
4. Use 7/4.5 mm crochet hook and color A yarn. With the side part of the pincushion facing you, hold the side and top parts together and single crochet around.
Leave about 2” open, finish stuffing, and single crochet to close. Weave in the ends.
I hope you enjoyed this lavender pincushion free crochet pattern!
Happy Crocheting!
