I made this crochet Mother’s Day Heart to celebrate the most important woman in my life. My mother and I are on different continents and this holiday is always a little sad for me. But no matter how far apart we are, my mom is always with me in my heart.
I made this crochet Mother’s Day Heart using the same heart pattern that I used to make my Spring snowdrop heart. I embellished this heart with my mom’s favorite crochet Lilac flowers.
Although I made this heart for Mother’s Day, it also will make a great gift for any other occasion.
This heart is part of my heart-shaped creations. On this website you will be able to find many cute designs based on the shape of a heart – appliques, ornaments, emojis, and garlands.
