Making crochet Snowflakes is one of the most popular winter crafts. And I love to make snowflakes as well!
For my crochet winter tree project, I needed very small crochet snowflakes and I designed this crochet pattern for a beautiful, tiny snowflake.

This crochet snowflake is only about 1” (2 -1/2 cm) in diameter, it is made from cotton thread size 20 and I used hook size 9/1.25 mm.
These small crochet snowflakes would be perfect for card making or scrapbooking. Make sure to check out this post – 15 DIY Christmas cards embellished with crochet appliques.
